Tattoo®ID 3.0 has Enhanced Features for Enterprise Labeling
Integrated Software Design announces the release of Tattoo ID, version 3.0. Tattoo
ID is the world’s first ERP and Web-enabled design and printing software for the in-house
design and production printing of labels, signs and forms on Windows 98, Me, 2000 and NT platforms.
Version 3.0 includes Dynamic Data Exchange, which provides Tattoo ID more flexibility to connect
and exchange data with other programs. It also includes expanded bar coding and serialization
capabilities, additional formats and more templates, which allow for compliance to an increased
number of labeling standards.

and compatibility. Its scaleable architecture lets users incorporate Tattoo into any system in
any company and never outgrow it.”
New features in Tattoo ID 3.0 include the capability to print PDF417 bar codes, Maxicode and
2D bar codes. The Mod 11 Peso check digit has been added to the 2 of 5 bar code and separation
options have been added to the UPC-A bar code. Tattoo ID now supports international fonts, special
characters and a wider variety of font point sizes. Thirty-two different graphic formats are
also supported.
Label format enhancements include the addition of the GM1724-A Label format and the capability
to include WHMIS pictures and borders. In addition, five new AIAG templates are now included.
Printing enhancements enable printing on small laboratory labels, as well as on large signs.
The accuracy of thermal label printing has also been improved.
