How can I get My Tattoo ID?
Visit our store at www.barcodeandlabeling.com and click on the Add to Cart button to purchase, or the Try it Free Button to download a 30 day free trial.
How is My Tattoo ID installed and authorized?
Download My Tattoo by clicking on the Try It Now button, or the link that appears after you have purchased. Once the software is installed, you can use it for 30 days without authorization. After your 30 day trial has completed you must purchase it and contact ISD Technical Support to obtain an authorization code.
How is My Tattoo ID Licensed?
My Tattoo ID is sold with a perpetual license.This allows you to use the software for as long you
continue to comply with the terms of the license agreement. The IMPACT maintenance
plan is optional for My Tattoo ID, but highly recommended.
You are required to purchase a separate license for every installation of My Tattoo ID.
Can I merge information that is in my corporate database with a label designed with My Tattoo ID?
My Tattoo allows you to access your corporate databases to look up information that will remain the same on every label (constant). It also allows you to create fields that are filled in with information from ASCII Text Files (CSV, DBF, TXT). However, to include dynamic information that is filled in from any database that is ODBC compatible (including Oracle, SQL, My SQL, Access and many others) you must use Tattoo ID Business or Tattoo Enterprise.
What do I do if I need help?
You can download a copy of the Tattoo ID manual and refer to that manual for answers to most of your questions. For more in depth support, we recommend that you subscribe to the IMPACT maintenance program. This program offers gives you access to technical support personnel via telephone or email.
